This transitional drill is great for learning balance, quickness, athleticism and timing. You can drill this with your partner's shoulders flat on the ground, or have your opponent turn into you for added realism. Also, you can tap your partner's knee or scoop their ankle. Try this drill for 60-90 seconds and then switch.
This week, Wilson continues his saga of slick moves with a choke that could be classified as a arm triangle or bow and arrow. It doesn't really matter the name but what does matter is your ability to catch your opponent off guard with this choke. It's important that you secure your second hook as quick as possible so your opponent does not turn away and get out.
