In Primal Blueprint, Mark Sisson puts together a complete exercise and diet blueprint. Over the years I have tried just about every performance based diet and strategy out there, but this plan is one that you can live with for the long haul.

 
One of the things I really enjoyed about Primal Blueprint is the fact that Sisson has put together a program that will really benefit those of us with a high frequency of training. The book delivers a lot of information about the anti-inflammatory effects of certain foods. This is especially helpful for older athletes or people recovering from injury.
 
Primal Diet will add to your knowledge about how diet impacts your ability (or inability) to train. It lays out a clear and consistent plan, discusses food choices, and even has a notes section for you to keep track of progress.
