This Smoothie is over 600 calories so it isn't an everyday drink, but it tastes fantastic and is packed with protein. It also satisfies milkshake cravings and is considerably better for you! You can save some calories and fat by using skim milk but whole milk tastes much richer. This recipe is using Six Star protein powder, your own brand may be slightly different.

1/2 cup whole milk

1.5 frozen bananas

2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

2 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein

First put the frozen bananas in the blender or food processor and process into small bits the size of a bb. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
