Hot summer nights are a great time to make a salad a meal and this one tastes fantastic, is quick and easy to make, and is packed full of good healthy ingredients. You can try other dressings to save a little on the calories, but I think this tastes best with the Creamy Poppyseed dressing.

4 cups mixed greens torn

4 cups romaine lettuce torn

1/2 red onion sliced thin

1 16oz can mandarin oranges (no sugar added)

2 cups fresh strawberries sliced

3 boneless skinless grilled chicken breasts, sliced

3 tbsp toasted sliced almonds

Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl, dress with Kraft Creamy Poppyseed Dressing to taste.
