In this follow up from last week's technique, Luigi Mondelli shows us how he reacts when his opponent posts the outside leg, stopping the sweep and presenting a danger of passing the guard. This is a very common reaction to the start of the sweep.
Luigi switches the game up by bringing his hook inside the leg, and then sweeping his opponent up and over his shoulder, instead of sweeping to the side. Make sure to keep your core tight and roll back over your shoulder, don't just try to pull them over with your arms or the sweep will not work.
