This week we work on a side control/knee on stomache transition drill. You can start slow and get the feeling for the fundamental movement. It's important to make sure you hide your feet, keeping your opponent from getting half guard. Once you get familiar with the movement, pick up the pace a bit. Do this drill for :60 seconds at a time.
