If you are a guy like me, you can`t be without bread. On the other hand, as far as Conditioning and Nutrition go and we all should try to eat as clean as possible, which normally is not possible with over-the-counter bread which contains loads of refined sugars. The following recipe gives you an "optimum-bread" for any kind of athletes. It mainly consists of oats and low-fat-curd-cheese, which means optimum slow-release-carbs and lots of protein.

Ingredients:
500g oats (grind them in a powerful mixer)
500g low-fat-curd-cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flax-seed
1pgk of dry-yeast

Just put all of the ingredients together in a bow, stir and mix thoroughly and slowly add warm water (the yeast works better with warm water) until you get a soft dough. Put the dough into a suitable baking-tin. Let the dough rest for a minimum of 2 hours to let the yeast do its work. Sprinkle some water over the dough.

Then preheat your oven at 180-200°C, and bake the dough into a nice bread for about 50-60 minutes. You can also put a small dish containing some water into the oven.
