As you are reading this I am settling into life in Abu Dhabi for the next 10 days. I am here as a competitor first and foremost but in an effort to kill two birds with one stone, I also have plans to film many experts for the newsletter. This month we are featuring Ralek Gracie. Ralek is a 3rd generation Gracie Jiu-Jitsu practicioner, and grandson of Helio Gracie. Ralek shares some of his secrets with us over the next few weeks so make sure you pay close attention! Dedeco continues this week with another power play sure to improve your open guard game. This week, Dedeco wraps his opponents arm in an effort to create leverage for a sweep.
